Must get involved, pretend to get involved, or promote behaviors linked to corruption. This type of action is prohibited in any relationship, directly or through a third party, with government entities, public officials or representatives of the private sector. Some conducts related to corruption and that are prohibited to develop in the company are:

• Bribery
• Illegal participation in administrative procedures, consultations and analysis of offers, awarding of purchases, etc.
• Influence peddling to induce authority.
• Use of false information in administrative procedures.
• Obstruction of investigative powers.
• Conclusion with one or more particular subjects, in matters of public procurement, whose purpose or effect is to obtain an undue benefit or advantage in public procurement
